Multiple licenses
From 5 licenses the price per license is lower and, most importantly, license types become available that a single license does not have. The right license type often saves more than the discount.
License types
ABBYY licenses the program in five ways. What differs is not the features but what counts as “one license”.

For comparison: a single Standard license costs 99,95 €, Corporate – 167,95 €. From 5 licenses the price per license is about 10% lower.
The Concurrent price per license is higher because one such license serves an unlimited number of computers – you pay only for the number of people working at the same time.
“Azure” rows are for deployment in a Microsoft Azure environment.
From 50 licenses a Site License is available – an open key for the whole organization that requires no online activation. Price on request.
Which type to choose
Per Seat
When everyone works on their own computer
The simplest option: you buy as many licenses as there are computers. Suitable when a person needs the program every day. A license can be moved to another computer after deactivation, but the number of deactivations is limited – worth keeping in mind when replacing hardware.
Concurrent
When not everyone needs the program at the same time
The program can be installed on all computers, and you pay only for as many licenses as people working at the same time. If scanning and conversion are done in shifts or only a few people out of twenty work at once – this type saves the most. Available only for the Corporate version.
Remote User
When working on a terminal or virtual server
For environments where the program runs on a server rather than on the user's computer. The license is assigned to a named user, and the license server must be reachable by all terminal servers.
Site License
When there are many computers on a closed network
From 50 licenses. One license key for the whole organization, and no online activation is required – the only type suitable for a closed network without internet access.

Frequently asked questions
Can versions be mixed in one order?
Yes. A typical case – some workstations with Standard, a few with Corporate where comparison is needed, and separate licenses for Mac computers. Tell us how they are split and we will put everything into one offer.
Can we start with fewer and add more later?
Yes. Additional licenses can be bought later. If you plan to expand, let us know – we will take it into account when choosing the license type, as it determines how easy it will be to add workstations.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The subscription is valid for 1 or 3 years. Before it ends we will remind you and send a renewal offer.
Do workstations need an internet connection?
Usually yes – activating the serial number requires internet. When deploying via a license server, workstations do not need internet, and a Site License requires no activation at all.
