How the purchase works
We sell electronic licenses. There is no paper box and none is needed – you receive a license key, a link to the installation file and a VAT invoice.
Order process

Order
- You choose the version and subscription length
- You enter the email address for the license
- When buying as a company – the company details for the invoice
- For 5 or more licenses, write to us and we will send an offer

Payment
- Payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or online banking
- Bank transfer against a proforma invoice
- Price includes VAT, the invoice is issued immediately
- When buying for an institution – the invoice is suitable for public procurement

Receiving the license
- We send the license key by email within 1 business hour after payment (working days 9:00–17:00)
- Along with a link to the official installation file
- Along with a VAT invoice in PDF format

Installation and activation
Serial number
Activation requires internet
The program is installed from the manufacturer's official installation file, and the serial number you receive is activated online. When deploying in an organization via a license server, workstations do not need an internet connection. Site License licenses require no activation at all – this is the only option for a closed network.
Another computer
Transfer via deactivation
A license can be moved to another computer, but it must first be deactivated on the old one. The manufacturer limits the number of deactivations, so it is not worth moving it without need. If the computer broke and deactivation is no longer possible – write to us, we will solve it through the manufacturer.
Before buying
Free trial
The manufacturer offers a free trial version: 7 days and up to 100 pages for conversion, with all Corporate features. After the trial the program keeps working in a limited mode – you can view, comment and print PDFs. Links – on the downloads page.
End of subscription
Renewal
The subscription is valid for 1 or 3 years from activation. Before it ends we will remind you and send a renewal offer – you will keep working with the same program without interruption.
Returns and guarantee
Can an electronic license be returned?
Digital content supplied with the buyer's consent is not covered by the right of return – this is the general rule for electronic licenses, described in the terms of sale. That is exactly why we suggest trying the free version before buying.
And if the key does not work?
Then it is not a matter of returns but of our responsibility. If the license does not activate or the wrong version arrived – we fix it or refund the money. Write to info@abbyy24.lt.
Is the license really official?
Yes. We are the official ABBYY distributor in the Baltic States, licenses are registered in your name and come from the manufacturer's distribution channel. This matters because cheaper keys from auctions or resale sites are often meant for another region and simply do not activate.
Need an invoice before payment?
Yes, we issue proforma invoices to institutions and companies for payment by bank transfer. Send us your company details and what you need – we will send it the same working day.
