What it costs per month
With a 1-year licence Standard costs about 8.33 € per month, Corporate about 14 € and the Mac edition about 5.83 €. A 3-year licence lowers the yearly price: Standard comes to about 90 € a year instead of 99.95 €.
Standard vs Corporate
Text recognition (OCR), PDF editing and conversion to Word or Excel are the same in both editions. Corporate adds document comparison, automated processing via a watched folder (Hot Folder) and ABBYY Screenshot Reader. If you do not need these, Standard is enough. What is included

- Vendor promotion: with a licence of 1 year or longer you get a 1-year „FineReader PDF for iOS” premium code (for new users of the mobile app).
